How to use yoga bolster

1). For relaxation: place two blocks under the bolster and then rest against it for so long as you like.

2). For low back release: please the bolster under the hips and let all the body’s weight rest on the bolster. Stay for 3-5 minutes or longer in supported bridge pose.

3). For splits: melt your upper body over the bolster so the upper body is relaxed. Breathe into any tension in legs for 3-5 minutes or longer.
