HOW TO GET MY CERTIFICATION
200-Hour YogaCanada Teacher Training (YTT)
200-Hour YTT is a system of integral education, not only for the body and the mind or the intellect but also to awaken and energize your spirit.
The Goal Of This Training Program
Our main goal is to produce qualified and inspiring yoga teachers who can draw on their practice and personal discipline in imparting the yoga experience to others. You will be confident in your self-practice and prepared to share this ancient practice with others.
The YogaCanada Approach
The YogaCanada Method integrates physical asana and yogic philosophy. The lineage of teachings comes through Hatha and Vinyasa roots. While the YogaCanada curriculum shows the depth of yoga, it is delivered in a tangible and logical system that anyone can use. YogaCanada encompasses ethical values from many systems of yoga, empowering teachers with the confidence and skills necessary to inspire their students. This style unites several existing methods as well as teachings from real-life experience, which is essential to understanding yoga. The method allows the practitioner freedom from routine, leading to a kind of “intelligent freestyle” of practice. This leads to a natural progression of the practice of individuality, where uniqueness is celebrated as a piece of the oneness, we are part of.
Find yourself spending some time digging inwards and expanding your knowledge into a new dimension in your intention to teach yoga professionally and earn a living. This course is inspirational and highly insightful. The program is a life-transforming learning system that when properly understood, creates physical health, emotional stability, and mental clarity. This program compresses a vast array of yoga subjects. This study includes physical practice, lectures, theory, posture clinics, and teaching methodology.
